Kathure Kouture works with independent fulfillment partners to deliver women's clothing, shoes and accessories. Some items are shipped from overseas and processing and delivery times vary by supplier and destination.
Where we ship
Shipping options are currently available for eligible U.S. destinations where checkout offers a delivery method. The delivery price and available service are shown before you complete payment.
Processing and delivery
Fulfillment begins after an order is accepted. Processing and carrier delivery timeframes can vary by product. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate shipments. Delays can occur due to fulfillment availability, transit conditions, customs or holidays. We will communicate with you if we cannot meet the applicable shipping timeframe and provide remedies required by law.
Tracking

Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery under our current Refund Policy. Return eligibility depends on the item and the applicable policy. Please request authorization before sending an item back. For approved returns, our current Refund Policy provides a free return label. Please keep items unworn and unused with tags and original packaging when applicable.
Problems with an order
If an item is missing, incorrect, defective or damaged, contact us promptly at musemane2026@gmail.com with your order number and photos when available. Nothing in this page limits your statutory consumer rights.
